Pakistan will battle for Kashmir until the last trooper and final gasp. DG ISPR



RAWALPINDI: Director General Inter-Services Public Relations Major-Gen Asif Ghafoor said on Wednesday that Pakistan will go to any lengths for Kashmir, including that the nation hasn't called it quits from the issue in 72 years.
The DG ISPR was tending to a question and answer session, where he said that Pakistan will battle for Kashmir until the last trooper and final gasp.
The DG ISPR said that the issue of involved Kashmir is a globally perceived issue, and he needs to reveal to Kashmiris that Pakistanis are with them.
He said that Pakistan can't think about any arrangement on the issue of Kashmir.
Alluding to US President Donald Trump's previous proclamation on the issue about US intercession, Maj-Gen Ghafoor said that there is a need to confide in national authority, as whatever Prime Minister Imran Khan and the US president talked about preceded the world.

Pakistan has its own strategic importance in South Asia: 
The army’s spokesman said that Pakistan has its own strategic importance in the region of South Asia, adding that the international players have their vested interests in the region too.
The DG ISPR said that Pakistan has played its part well in regional issues and fought valiantly against terrorism.
Due to the war on terror, Pakistan has faced innumerable loss of lives and damage to its economy, said Maj-Gen Ghafoor.
He said that Pakistan always strived for a peaceful resolution for Kashmir issue, and the solution lies in the resolutions of the United Nations.




'India's expectation for another war'
The DG ISPR expressed that India's demonstrations in the valley feature its expectation for another war.
On reciprocal ties with India, the DG ISPR said that two atomic forces don't have space for an atomic war, and because of this learning, India by implication attempted to make harm Pakistan.
He cautioned that if a false-banner activity or infringement of the Line of Control happens then Pakistan Army is set up to give a befitting answer.
"India ought to recollect its demonstration of February 27, and on the off chance that it rehashes the move, at that point Squadron Leader Hasan and Wing Commander Noman are prepared," he said.
DG ISPR Maj-Gen Ghafoor said that the issue of Indian covert operative Kulbhushan Jadhav is an essential case of backhanded assaults from over the outskirt.
