Imran Khan’s Three Days’ Visit of
WEF Annual Meeting 2020 at Davos
In the leadership of Imran khan a
team of more than 5 members especially consist of special assistant of Imran
khan Zulfi Bukhari, foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, adviser of commerce
trade Razaq Dawood, head of Digital Pakistan Tania Udroos, head of State Bank
of Pakistan Raza Bakir, adviser of national security Mohid Yousaf participated
in World Economic Forum annual meeting 2020, lasted three days, from 20-01-2020
to 23-01-2020, at Davos. During the visit, Prime Minister Imran khan had meted
with heads of different economic institutes and the leaders of political
government of different countries. He also had some interviews and speech at
global media. Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran khan represent the potentials of
Pakistan in the most effective way. Because of the image is shown by Imran khan at
WEF platform, WEF keep Imran khan and his potentials of Pakistan at the top feed.
Business Meetings:
The most important one is Imran khan’s meeting
with YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki, in which they discuss YouTube business
in Pakistan: According to Tania Aidrus;

thriving creator community in Pakistan and how we need to work together to

The next most important meeting of
Imran khan is with COO OF Facebook Sheryl Kara Sandberg, in which they had a detail
discussion about Facebook business in Pakistan.
Imran khan meted with Cement’s CEO and
invited them to explore the business opportunity in Pakistan. Imran khan also Invites
them in Pak to enhance skills of youth.
The next and most important
meeting of Imran khan is his meeting with the CEO of SAP- is the European top
software forum, providing Pakistan government paid services-. Imran khan had
the brief meeting with the CEO of SAP .about that meeting with SAP’s CEO Imran
khan tweeted that;
“CEO SAP Mr. Christian Kiein
appreciated the government of Pakistan’s focus on digitalization of governance
and economic sectors. He expressed SAP’s commitment to training young software
engineers in Germany and using them for software development in Pakistan.”
In spite of that Prime Minister Imran
khan had a meeting with the CEOs and chairmen of different multinational
companies such as Coca kola, Turkey DOGAN, Turkey KOC, and Japan Sumitomo.
Imran khan also had a meeting with
CEO of GSMA. GSMA is the world mobile networking hub. In this meeting, supervised
by Tania Aidrus, they had a detailed discussion about digital Pakistan.
Representation of Pakistan’s Image:
Prime Minister Imran khan represented
the positive image of Pakistan in the most superb way, especially in Imran khan’s
Keynote Speech on the second day of the WEF annual meeting 2020 at Davos. In that
speech Imran khan
perfectly described the potentials of Pakistan, especially Pakistan’s tourism
potential, That WEF gave special attention and tweeted a special post on
tweeter. Imran Khan highlighted the potential of tourism in Pakistan and linked
it with the beauty of northern areas in Pakistan. Then he gave reference to the
climate issues and environmental crises that the whole world had to face. He
informed the world about his successful Tree Plantation Campaign. Imran Khan
said;
“We’d planted probably up to 1
billion threes in the previous 4 years. We involved common citizens and women of
mountain areas in our campaign. And we’re aimed to plant 10 billion trees in the coming four years.”
WEF appreciated this campaign too. The world sees with respected eyes the one who talks about global issues, especially
about environmental problems. Imran khan represented Pakistan in a way that

Political Leaders’ Meeting:
In the WEF annual meeting PM of Pakistan
also had meetings with political leads of the different countries. The most important one is Imran khan’s joint press conference with US President Donald
Trump, in which Donald Trump said the favorable words about Pakistan and
American relation. Trump said that Pakistan and the American relationship are at
peak than it was never ever been. Donald Trump said;
“We’ve never been as close as right
now”
During the three day meeting of WEF
2020 Imran khan also met with Angela Marks, she is the second most influential
leader of the world after American leaders. Angla invites Imran khan on a visit to her
country.
Imran khan meted with the prime
ministers of different countries such as Azerbaijan, Singapore, etc. Imran khan
also meted with the president of the European Union parliament. There was also a
meeting of Imran Khan with the Presidents of IMF & Asia development bank.
Imran khan meted with the Founder and chairman of the world economic forum during
his Davos visit, and he also appreciated Imran khan’s visions and potentials
