Corona crisis intensified in America
With the emergence of 10,000 new cases a day in the United States, the number of corona virus-infected people has grown to nearly seventy thousand, while more than a thousand patients have died.
After China and Italy, the United States has become the third largest country affected by the Corona virus. Italy still ranks first, Spain second and China third in terms of casualties.
There are about thirty thousand victims in the United States in New York, where the latest reports indicate that the number of new cases of coronas in hospitals is now decreasing.
Reportedly, at least three Pakistanis were among those killed in the United States. According to Pakistani newspaper Dawn, two of them died in New York and one in Washington, the capital.
Meanwhile, the US Senate has approved the largest relief package in the country's history.
With this $ 2 trillion package, most US citizens will be paid $ 120 per person and help small businesses pay their employees on time. Twenty-six members of the US Senate voted in favor of the emergency measures, and no member opposed it. The US House of Representatives is expected to get approval for the package on Friday.
In many US states, movement of people has been restricted. On Wednesday, President Donald Trump declared the two major states of Texas and Florida "disaster", after which the federal government has paved the way for funding on an emergency basis. The two states have Republican Party governors, and critics say President Trump's move could have political implications.
