Pandemics are not just a medical phenomenon; they have drastic effects on societies. Any pandemic that spread effect societies in many ways like causing disruptions, economical down fall, Xenophobia, Panic and stress are also associated with pandemic situations.

People can also join any online course to enhance their knowledge. They can focus on polishing their skills which they left due to their busy life routine. Stay connected with your friends using social media but do not spread sensational news play a role of responsible citizen.

Rumour can fuel anxiety. Do not trust every news; keep yourself updated with authentic sources. Make your time productive to avoid anxiety. Stay home stay safe and take care of your mental health by engaging yourself in different activities. Try different relaxation techniques to keep you relax like yoga, breathing exercise and different meditation techniques. Explore different ways to add physical movement in your routine. Being active will reduce your stress level and will increase your energy.
