Sri Lanka’s injured Gunathilaka excluded from team against Windies series

Srilanka Cricket announced that all-rounder Danushka Gunathilaka will not be the part of the team against West Indies ODIs series.

Three ODIs and two T20Is will be played between Sri Lanka and West Indies. Colombo will host the 1^st ODI match on Saturday 22^nd feb. On 26^th February 2020, 2^nd ODI between both teams will be played in Hambantota. In Kandy the 3^rd and final ODI match will be played on 1^st March.

Sri Lanka Cricket selected Shehan Jayasuriya in 15-member squad for ODIs against West Indies to replace Danushka Gunathilaka.  Worsened of frequent back injury became the cause of exclusion of 28-years old player from the team that will play three ODIs against West Indies
