Australian all-rounder Ben Dunk set a new record of hitting most sixes in PSL.
On 3rd March
in a day/night match Dunk smashed 10 sixes against Quetta Gladiators at Gaddafi
Stadium, Lahore.
Previously five batsmen
Umar Akmal (2016), Sharjeel Khan (2016), Kevin Pietersen (2017), Kamran Akmal
(2018) and Colin Ingram (2019) shared the record of hitting 8 sixes in an
inning of Pakistan Super League.
Dunk inning played a
vital role in Qalandar’s victory. Both Dunk and Samit Patel rescued Lahore
Qalandars by adding 155 runs for fourth wicket and raised the score to 205.
Dunk missed his century
as caught by Ahsan Ali on the last ball of the innings.
