Most Pakistani media were raising a case in Sindh's total certified cases till March 13, which led to the difference in the total number of cases in the country, which led to the Sindh government and Karachi Aga Khan. There was a misunderstanding regarding the middle number.
The difference was born on March 9, the day when a total of 8 cases were reported in Karachi but it was reported by the government on 9 March, but on the evening of March 13, the government officials explained that one case was counted more on that day.
