To raise breast cancer awareness on 7th March PSL will go pink



On 7th March Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will raise awareness for breast cancer using the platform of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2020.


On 7th March two matches of PSL-5 have been scheduled. Lahore Qalandars will play against Quetta Gladiators in Lahore at Gaddafi Stadium while encounter of Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United will take place at Rawalpindi stadium.

PCB decided that in both matches pink ribbons will be donned by all the teams, players, match officials and commentators. Pink color wickets bails will be used in both matches. Breast cancer awareness messages will be displayed on digital screen in both stadiums.

Wasim Khan Chief Executive PCB said,” PCB has been supporting the Pink Ribbon cause for breast cancer awareness for the past three years. It is a humble contribution from the PCB towards raising awareness against cancer and it is our collective responsibility to help the cause as much as possible.”
